Ling Ho - Mud, 2022

Mud is an installation work of two unfired clay sculptures with drip water on it. Let people think of what does justice means to you? 

There are people who shout out for help and nobody might be able to listen. We might face the situation or just spectate. What action will you take? Will you try to do something or will you watch as everything turns into the mud?

Artist Statement

​

Ling is a Taiwan-based artist who seeks to create surrealist artwork through ceramic, photography, and illustrative practices. Daily life, nature, and writing are a source of inspiration to her, capturing those ideas from her perspective, which is embodied by her child-like and playful surreal style.
